ublog? What is ublog?

The german “com!” magazine published a “Web” special edition in November 2009, featuring an article about Ruby on Rails written by me. In that article I take the reader through the process of installing Ruby on Rails on a Windows machine, creating a supersimple blog engine (named ublog), and deploying that one on heroku. This web page here is given as a Web presence for ublog.

Well, it is far from that. There is no community around ublog (you could start one, though). If you have lost your DVD here you might get ahold of ublog's source code. And a comment would be a great encouragement :)

As I am just in the process of setting up this blog it is still quite empty here. I will add content over time, so please check back. By the way, this blog is not run by ublog, but by a handtuned sinatra application. In the meantime you might want to check 1rad where I write about one or the other issue of rails and whatever technical stuff I stumble upon. Articles, that will move here, by the way.
