This is my weblog and personal site. I am working as a software architect and consultant, journalist, and photographer from Berlin/Germany - choose whatever order you like best.
I'm in the IT field for +15 years, have A+ experience in C++ and Ruby, worked professionally with a number of other languages over the years (SQL, Java, Javascript, what have you...), and in a number of environments (large IT company, small business, startup, solo). I did desktop applications as well as web apps. Most of my current work deals with Web apps and is mainly done using Ruby on Rails and Javascript.
For the love of writing I did >30 articles in magazines like "PC-Welt Linux" and "com". And for love of the visual things around us you might see me hop around with my camera, maybe just in your area!
